Project Name : Development of Cotton Research and Technology Transfer Project
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:1. The Tenderer shall have minimum 3 years of general experience in similar works.2. The minimum specific experience in completion work of at least 01 contract of Similar nature successfully Completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk.5.00 Lakh.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 7.00 Lakhover the last 3 (Three) years. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 7.00 lakh (must be in the form of PW2a-3 in original form).5. The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. 6.00 Lakh6. Up-to date Trade License, ABC/BC class contractor License, SupervisoryLicense, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate(13 digit).7. Duplication of documents regarding payment certificate will be counted as the reason of Disqualification.8. False information or intention of hiding any information will be consider as the reason of Disqualification.All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
