  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The folowing documents must be submitted along with the submitted documents. Otherwise, the tender wil be considered as canceled.(1) Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate(2) VAT Registration Certificate(3) Valid Trade License of the company(4) Financial Solvency Certificate(5) National ID card with 01 copy of recent passport size photo(6) Ownership Certificate(7) Declaration/Agreement signed by a Gazetted Officer to the effect that the bidder is not blacklisted(8) Relevant work experience certificate.
  Brief Description of Goods and Related Service : 1) Transportation of goods carrying (Ration Items- Rice, Sugar, Wheat etc.) including Coolie (Loading/Unloading).2) As per the general and special terms and conditions of the contract, transportation work including coolie expenses (loading-unloading) wil have to be done. As per the work order, the required Wheat & Rice wil have to be transported from the government food warehouse (LSD Rangpur Sadar) and the required Sugar wil have to be transported from Thakurgaon sugar mills, Thakurgaon to Rangpur District Police Ration Store at their own expense and warehoused . The Wheat wil also be transported from Rangpur District Police Ration Store to the designated mill. If the transportation work including coolie is not done properly, legal action wil be taken including confiscation of the deposit.
