Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of goods and related services as a supplier shall be 8 years. Years counting backwards from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.The minimum specific experience as a supplier in the supply of similar goods of at least 03 (three) contracts successfully completed within the last 05 [five] years, each with a value of at least Tk. 70.00 lakh. Years counting backwards from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.Availability of minimum liquid assets, i.e., working capital or credit line(s), from any scheduled bank, net of other contractual commitments of the amount as specified in the TDS.Updated Trade License (2024-2025)The tenderer must submit audited financial statements for the years 2021-22 and 2022-23.Letter of credit commitment from the bank mentioning this project amounting to taka. 80,000,00.00/- (BDT Eighty Lakh Only) as per Form e-PG3-8.Supply Capacity: A signed declaration affirming that the tenderer has the minimum supply and/or production capacity of transportation and storage type goods and 22,600 supply and/or production capacity per year.Authorization Certificate from Manufacturer (if applicable).The original sample of the goods must be submitted to the PE office within 02 (two) days after the tender opening.Other qualifications are mentioned in the TDS.
