• Project Name : The Project for the Improvement of Equipment for Air Pollution Monitoring.
  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : 1. The tenderer must submit updated Trade Licence, Income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration, Vehicle Registration, Tax Token, Fitness Certificate, Driver's valid driving license, Valid Insurance, Vehicle Ownership document.2. Vehicle model must be 2018 or later.3. Proven history of vehicle rental experience of at least 3 years to government or automomous organization.4. The tenderer must submit liquid asset document of Tk. BDT 2,40,000/-(Two Lac Forty Thousand Taka Only).
  Brief Description of assignment : 1. The hired vehicle will be rented on a monthly basis for a period of 20 (twenty) months.2. The supplier shall bear the cost of all required fuel (Petrol/Octane/CNG/LPG/Diesel) for the rented vehicle.3. The supplier shall bear all costs related to vehicle repairs, servicing, and lubricants (Mobil, gear oil, engine oil, brake oil).4. The vehicle, along with a driver, must be kept ready for the user for 12 to 16 hours daily, excluding public holidays. However, the vehicle may be required at any time on holidays for official or other needs, and the selected supplier must provide it. If necessary, the vehicle may be parked at the Department of Environment (DoE) parking area.5. The supplier must fully bear the driver's salary, all expenses, and allowances. 6.
