Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : -Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.-Valid VAT Registration Certificate Up to date 13 digit BIN-Up-to-date Trade License.-The tenderer must submit a Liquid Asset Document showing that they have a minimum liquid asset of BDT= 20 Lac. (N.B: Liquid Asset Document must be in between Publication Date and Opening Date)-Must have 03 years of experience in supplying ration materials to the police department.- Within the last 3 (three) years, the bidder must have successfully completed at least 1 (one) similar contract for supply of ration items under Bangladesh Police Department. The total value of the completed contract must be at least 22 lakh taka.-The tenderer must have a minimum financial capacity of BDT = 20 Lac, which is sufficient to undertake the required supply.- The bidder's average annual turnover from supplying ration items to Bangladesh Police or its affiliated units in the last 3 (three) financial years should be more than=39 lakh taka.-The tender will follow PPR 2025. All terms are binding on bidders.-The quantity of any item mentioned in the tender may be increased or decreased as required, and the authority reserves the right to cancel any or all tenders without assigning any reason.-A certificate stating that you are not blacklisted must be submitted.
