Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The following conditions shall be considered:1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the survey related works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.2. The minimum specific experience as a contractor of single contract of similar works successfully completed within last 10 years with a value of at least Tk. 30 (Thirty) Lac only.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 44 (Forty four) Lac over the last 05 (Five) years.4. The minimum liquid assets shall be greater than Tk. 32.00(Thirty Two) Lac.5. The Tenders shall have The Minimum Tender Capacity of Tk. 30 (Thirty) Lac only.6. Updated VAT, TAX Certificate.7.Tenderer must have Enlisted from Survey of Bangladesh (SOB ) & perform topography Survey work has to be submitted.
