- The objective of this task is to undertake review of current PFMsystems, recommend future system and update the regulations and guidelines tothe support the new processes and also improvements undertaken in the PFMsystem since the development of previous manuals.Scope of WorkTheconsultant will be responsible for the following deliverables:Theinception reportAnalysisof current state of business processes covering the entire range of budgeting,execution and reporting - As Is AnalysisRecommendationfor future improvements in business processes - To- be analysis.Updatedaccounting regulations and Chart of Accounts.Assessmentof the existing treasury solution, gap analysis report, and advisory note onGIFMIS roadmap as well as developing test scripts to update the IBAS++ system.
