Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The following requirements must be met by tenderers:1. Updated Trade Licence, VAT registration, and Income Tax Certificate2. Experience of 5 years in construction & renovation of Civil works Such as ( PWD, EED, DPHE, LGED, LGD,R&D etc) institution. 3. Annual Audit Report from a recognized Chartered Accountant firm for the last 2 years4. Tenderer shall not assign works or any part to sub-contractors — otherwise the tender will be rejected5. Tenderer must have eligibility and conformity of Materials, Equipments, Manpower & Services, NID, and Authorization letter6. Registration in the e-GP system under the appropriate user category Invitation open to all potential Tenderers7. Tenderer must have legal capacity to enter into a Contract8. No conflict of interest for Tenderers or constituting parties. No declaration of ineligibility for corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, or coercive practices (per ITT Clause 3.4)9. Not insolvent, bankrupt, or subject to related legal proceedings10. Tax obligations under Bangladesh laws must be fulfilled11. e-GP System must only be used for lawful, non-defamatory, non-harassing.
