Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Up to date valid Trade license (FY 2025-26)b) Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificatec) Up to date valid Income Tax clearance certificate (FY 2023-24 or FY 2024-25)d) The number of years of General experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works shall be at least 05 (Five) years.(e) The minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector (Govt./Semi govt./Autonomous) of 02 (two) contracts of (1) RCC Boundary Wall work with a value of at least Tk. 18.00 lakh and (2) installation of CCTV cameras with a value of at least Tk. 6.00 lakh successfully completed within the last 05 years from IFT.(f) The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (five) years of Tk. 30.00 lakh.g) Tender capacity of tenderer must be minimum Tk 28.00 lakh(h) Minimum Liquid Asset of value Tk 25.00 lakh in the form of letter of commitment of Banks, undertaking for line of credit (In the Form e PW3-8) in original form which must be unconditional.(i) Up-to-date ABC and supervisory License of his own from Electrical Licensing Board, GOB.(j) The tenderer must comply with eligibility and qualification criteria mentioned in details in the TDS and PCC.
