Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:1. Tenderer shall have minimum 5 (five) year of general experience in building Construction works (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system).2.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Works of at least 1 (one) contract(s) successfully completed in Government/ semi government/ autonomous organizations within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 7,00,000.00 (Seven Lakh) only.(time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system).3. The required average annual construction turns over must be greater than Tk. 9,00,000.00 (NineLakh) only during last 5(five) years. Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system).4. The tenderer must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid Assets) /Credit facilities, working capital Tk. 3,00,000.00 (Three Lakh) only. The proof of liquid asset must be submitted in PW3-7 form.5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 8,50,000.00 ( Eight Lakh and Fifty Thosand) Only.6. Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet of tender documents.7.If total Value of any tender is more than 10% less or more than 10% above than the official cost estimate, the tender will be non-responsive.The tenderer must have updated VAT, IT, Trade.
