Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a)Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have a minimum of 5 (five) years of general experience of tendering against construction work as a contractor.b)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one contract of building with cast-in-situ pile foundation or boundary wall with cast-in-situ pile foundation or RCC drain with cast-in-situ pile foundation successfully completed under Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization within the last 05(Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 4.00 (Four Point Zero Zero) Crore.c) The tenderer must meet the minimum required average annual construction turnover as per TDS.d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit line/ Credit limit of the tenderer shall be as per TDS.e)The tenderer must submit: i)Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate. ii)Valid VAT registration certificate. iii)Up-to-date trade license. iv)Specific experience certificate. v)Updated ABC electrical license (own or agreement with other liscence holder on tk 300 non-judicial stamp).f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in the tender Datasheet of tender documents.g) Those tenderers who are performing two contracts simultaneously under CED of TGTDPLC shall not be eligible to participate in this tender.h) Those Contractors who have been blacklisted by the Civil Engineering Department, TGTDPLC will not be able to submit tenders during the blacklist period.i)Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.j)The tenderer must submit completion certificate with supporting necessary NOA, contract documents, and other necessary papers as per ITT 31
