Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods shall be 3 (Three) years2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply & refill of FM 200 Gas / Gas for Fire Suppression System in any large power plant/ any industry/ infrastructure of at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 3 (three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 6 (Six) Lac.3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 10 (Ten) lac.4. The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated copies of Trade License, Income Tax Certificates/ proof of tax return submission and e-VAT/VAT Registration Certificate5. Other requirements of the Tenderer, as per the conditions of tender, are specified in the tender documents.
