Description:
The World Bankseeks to contract a qualified research firm to prepare and conduct the baselinehousehold survey for the SSPIRIT program. Under this baseline, the firm willadminister three surveys: a) Themain survey - a long household questionnaire to 1,500 households (20 per primarysampling unit (PSU)across 75 PSUs), randomly selected from a sampling frame. b) Alisting survey to construct the sampling frame, administered to at least 200households per PSU (≈15,000 households in total), while balancing beneficiaryand non-beneficiary selection. A qualitative survey comprisingapproximately 48 Key Informant Interviews (KII) with local officials andcommunity leaders across 24 upazilas, ensuring coverage across all 8 divisions,with emphasis on climate-vulnerable and remote areas. In addition, a total of21 Focus Group a) Discussions(FGD) (3 FGDs × 7 programs) will be conducted - about half with beneficiaries,and the remainder with comparable non-beneficiaries.
