The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 years.2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods/Services of at least 03 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 50,00,000.003. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 1,80,00,000.004. The physical Call Centre Premises should be situated in Metropolitan City of Dhaka5. The service provider must possess a valid and updated Call Centre License issued by the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC).6. The bidder must be an active member of the Bangladesh Association of Contact Centre & Outsourcing (BACCO).
