Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. All tenderer registered in e-gp portal system are eligible.2. Detail Turnover Calculation sheet mentioning the Name of Work, PE name etc (Year wise over the last five years) duly signed by the Tenderer must be submitted with the tender.3. Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this, no claim will be entertained.4. Quoted amount of tenderer beyond 10% above/less than official estimated cost will be non-responsive.5) The tenderer MUST submit the Line of Credit from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in the specified supplied format. (Copy supplied, See sec-8)6) It is the duty of the tenderer to submit all the documents freshly (Without Corrupted). If any documents get corrupted and the evaluation team could not be able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer regarding the file will be entertained.7) VAT & IT from bill will be as per prevailing Government Rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.8) Evaluation will be done following the latest Gazette/Circular from CPTU.9) Detailed list of work in hand/Ongoing works duly signed by the tenderer must be submitted.10) If any type of Structures/Obstacles is needed to dismantle to execute the work as per Design and Specification, the bidder will do this at his own cost and arrangement. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.11) The tenderer must submit his NID Card.12) If BWDB Owned land is not sufficient to execute the work as per design and Specification, The bidder will do this at his own cost and arrangement.13) The Dumping and Placing work of Geo-textile Bags, Placing of Geo-textile Fabric must be executed as per approved design uploaded at Sec-9 & technical specifications of BWDB uploaded at Sec-7 of tender document. The approved taskforce guideline uploaded at Sec-8 will be followed.
