- Description:
- The objective of the contract is to provide on-demand capacity building and technical assistance to strengthen the European Union-s partnership with Bangladesh. The contractor will support the European Union (EU) Delegation in planning, implementing, and reviewing actions under the Multi-annual Indicative Programme (MIP) 2021-2027, and its succeeding instrument, while remaining flexible to respond to emerging needs from political dialogue. Services will cover, e.g., analytical work, project identification and formulation, monitoring and evaluation, training and capacity development, evidence-based studies and training during implementation, and facilitation of (dissemination) workshops, facilitation of policy dialogue, knowledge management, and the organisation of policy-relevant events - linked to cooperation. Activities will primarily focus on Bangladesh, with limited regional cooperation where justified, and will be delivered on an on-call basis under the guidance of the EU Delegation. The action will contribute to Bangladesh-s sustainable development by supporting the EU-Bangladesh cooperation framework and maximising the effectiveness and visibility of EU-funded actions.
