  Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
  Eligibility of Tenderer : Eligible contractors shall have:i) Contractors must be experience in arboriculture work.ii) Only Enlisted Special Class/Combined Class-I/Class-II Contractors of PWD Dhaka Metro Zone or Enlisted Class-III contractors of Dhaka PWD Circle-1,iii) Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate & VAT certificate.iv) Up to date Trade licensev) The minimum amount of credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 4.00 (Four) lac. In case of submitting line of credit, it shall be submitted in the Form PW2b-3 from any scheduled bank. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.In all cases of certificates it must be collected from Bank after publication of Tender with properly signed by the authorized person of the bank.vi) In case of equality of evaluated rates of more than one tenderers, the successful tenderer shall be selected through lottery.vii) According to the Public Procurement Act 2006,section 19,sub section1(a) provided that such tenderer shall be deemed to have been rejected if any tenderer quotes in the tender a rate 5% less or more than the official estimate.viii) Tenderer shall have the Key Technical Personnel with qualification & experience as specified in TDS 11.1
