Eligibility of Tenderer : a. The tenderer must submit update authorization letter for submission against the tender ID. Incase of submission of inaccurate authorization letter the tender shall be considered as non responsiveb. . If the quoted rate is more or less than 5% (five percent) of the official rate schedule, tenderer must submit detailed itemwise rate analysis of all items including VAT, IT, Profit. Inconsistent rate analysis of any item of the tender shall result in the tenderer as non-responsivec. Tenderer must have minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at leastTk. 7,00,000.00 (Seven Lac) Only (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).d. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 5,00,000 (Five Lac only) over the last five (5) yearse. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 7,00,000 (Seven Lac) Only. (In case of submission of bank statement as proof of liquid assets or working capital, the equivalent amount must be stayed in his/her account from at least 28 days prior to the date of publication of tender)f.
