  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed supplier firms who have minimum 3 (Three) years of general experience in similar nature sports goods supply works in a Government organization or Autonomous organizations or Federations (Approved by National Sports Council) NSC are eligible to participate in this tender. Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT.b) Any supplier or Importer who have up-to-date import license (Import Registration Certificate) having experience of at least 5 (Five) years of importing sports goods (At least 60.00 lac in each year, LC Certificate from Authorized Bank must be submitted) can also participate in this tender.c) The Tenderer must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, updated Trade License, Previous trade license (if required) & NID along with the Tender.d) The Experience certificate of the successfully completed similar assignments shall be issued by the officer or authority who has concluded contract with the supplier.e) The Tenderer must comply with the technical specification as specified in the form ePG3-5.f) The tendered must submit relevant sample before metting (as per Notice at own cost).
