Eligibility of Tenderer : Tendered shall submit with its Tender, attested copy (Scanned/PDF format) of the followingadditional documents:01. Up to date Trade License.02. Up to date VAT Certificate.03. Up to date Tax Clearance Certificate and TIN Certificate.04. Nationality Certificate/National ID Card.05. A satisfactory completion certificate of similar works of at least Tk.5.50 [Five lac fifty thousand] under 01(Single) of contract(s) over a period of 05 [five] years.06. The required average annual construction turnover shall be grater then Tk.5.50 [Five lac fifty thousand] over the last 05 [five] years.07. Certificate of the minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tender shall be Tk.5.50 [Five lac fifty thousand].08. According to the clause 31 (3) of PPA-2006 the tendered quoted price of 10 percent above or below of the official estimate will be consider as non-responsive bidder.
