Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a. The tenderer must submit update authorization letter for submission against the tender ID. Incase of submission of inaccurate authorization letter the tender shall be considered as non responsive.b. Documents regarding annual construction turnover must be submitted in the form of year-wise payment Certificate from the respective PE-s office.c. . If the quoted rate is more or less than 5% (five percent) of the official rate schedule, tenderer must submit detailed itemwise rate analysis of all items including VAT, IT, Profit. Inconsistent rate analysis of any item of the tender shall result in the tenderer as non-responsive.c. Tenderer must have atleast one single contract of smillar/any supply within last 5 years a total contract value of at least Tk. 8,00,000.00 (eight Lac) Only (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).d. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 6,00,000.00 (six Lac only) over the last five (5) years.e. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 9,00,000.00 (Nine Lac Only). (In case of submission of bank statement as proof of liquid assets or working capital, the equivalent amount must be stayed in his/her account from at least 28 days prior to the date of publication of tender)f. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all Tenders/Proposals / Pre-Qualifications / EOIs.
