Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible Contractor/Supplier/Manufacturer registered in e-GP system meeting the following criteria:a) A satisfactory completion of similar nature work of at least Tk. 20,50,000/- (Twenty Lac & fifty thousand) under a single contract within last 05 (Five) years* shall be required of this tender under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous or reputated organization of Bangladesh. Work completion/Payment certificates must be submitted along with tender in support of similar nature work. Work order/NoA will not be accepted for support of work completion certificate.b) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk. 30,00,000/- (thirty Lac). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in last 01 month from IFT date.c) The Tenderer must possess Up-to-date valid income tax clearance certificate;d) Up-to-date valid VAT registration certificate;e) Up-to-date valid Trade license;f) The Tenderer must submit the authorization letter/written sales agreement with manufacturers or authorised Lacal Agents with complying product specification mentioned in BoQ. g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & Particular Condition of Contract (PCC) of tender documents.h) PPA 2006 and PPR 2008 shall be followed.* Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
