Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. (A) Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP system under appropriate user category of procurement process in order to have appropriate access point and to get working dashboard with authorized functions in e-GP System.(B) Reputed Contractors who have minimum 3 (three) years of general experience in sanitary goods supply works.(C) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of sanitary products supply work worth not less than BDT 35.25 Lakh.in two work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years in standard work completion format attached in STD.2. The minimum amount of liquid asset or credit facilities shall be BDT 14.00 Lakh only according to the format mentioned in the tender.3. Banking instrument, statement of Credit facilities and Credit line issued not earlier than 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract.4. Tenderer must have up-to-date Tax clearance Certificate.5. Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License.6. Tenderer must have valid VAT Registration Certificate.7. Only Payment Certificated will be counted for Turnover calculation. no Completion Certificate and others will be treated as Payment Certificate.8.The minimum Tender Capacity shall be BDT 32.90 Lakh.10. Terms & Conditions as stated in PPR 2008 and PPA 2006 will be followed.
