  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : a) Reputed tenderer who have minimum three (3) years of general experience.b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number outsourcing recruitment work of Tk. 225.00 (two hundred and twenty five) lakh in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years.c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 378.00 (three hundred and seventy eight) lakh. Only Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector to be submitted along with tender for calculation of average annual construction turnover.d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 125.00 (one hundred and twenty five) lakh in the prescribed form (PSN-5). The cash credit Amount must be un-Consumed/unutilized.e) As per Rule No.7 of Bangladesh Labor rules, 2015, the contractor organization providing services must have registration and up-to-date renewal license.f) In case of delay in payment of bills/due to any other reason, the manpower supply will continue to work under unfavorable conditions, affidavit must be submitted by tenderer in his own pad along with the tender.g) The tenderer must possess Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, Valid VAT registration certifi...
