Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Eligibility of Contractor or Supplier:A) Any Enlisted Contractor of EED or Suppliers who are registered in the National e- GP portal and who have paid renewal fee for the financial year of 2024-25 and also possess i) Up to date Valid Trade license (2024-25); ii) Up to date income TAX Certificate (2023-24) ii) Up to date VAT Registration Certificate will be eligible TenderB) The Tenderer must have minimum liquid Asset/working capital of TK. 25.00 (twenty five) lacs BDT of any schedule bank of Bangladesh within the period of tender Publication to tender submission date. In case of working capital a) For Bank balance i) supported by a balance sheet regarding balance in any day b) For credit Facilities i) Enclosed a credit sanctioned letter regarding Credit Number and Credit balance; ii) Credit line/ commitment will be unconditional.C) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk. 35.00 (thirty five) lakhs under maximum 03 (three) contracts in the last 05 (five) of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 15.00 (fifteen) lakhs.[ N.B: Copy of work order & completion certificate must be submitted to support of fulfilling the requirement, from any Govt./Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (successfully completed).
