Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderers should have following criteria-1. The Tenderer shall have minimum 03 (Three) years of general experience as prime Contractor; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP.2. The Tenderer shall have minimum specific experience of completed contract(s) as a prime Contractor, supplying manpower to any Government Organization within last 03 (three) years having total contract value of at least of BDT 2000000 (Twenty lakhs) only under 03 (Three) numbers of contract; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP.3. The required average annual turnover of the tenderer shall be at least BDT 2000000 (Twenty) lakhs over the last 3 (Three) years.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be BDT 1000000 (Ten lakhs).5. JVCA is not allowed for this Tender.6. The Tenderer shall have valid License issued from Department of inspection for Factories and establishment for outsourcing of manpower.7. The tenderer must possess: i) Up to date income tax clearance certificate, ii) Valid Vat Registration certificate, iii) Up to date trade license.8. Other required eligibility of conditions of the tender is shown in Standard Tender Document (STD) specially instructions/conditions inscribed in Section 7.Note: The e-PW2(a) document is not applicable for Procurement of manpower by Outsourcing process. The Procurement of Non-Consulting Services (PSN) document will be applicable for this Manpower Supply work which has been uploaded in section-7. This tender will be evaluated according to the rules & guidelines of ITT, TDS, GCC, PCC, activity schedule, and various forms etc. of the PSN document. The tenderer are requested to strictly follow the instructions of these uploaded/scanned documents in Section 7 of STD.
