  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Supplying of Lift/ Lift maintenance work as Prime Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.(2) a. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (One) Contract of 1 (one) Lift maintenance/servicing work completed within the last 3 (Three) years in Public sector of Bangladesh, of a value of at least Tk 4.00 (Four) lac.b. The tenderer must submit a "Spare Parts Supplier Certificate" of the existing lift brand on site from the manufacturer.c. Installation experience of existing lift brand is required.(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 6.00(Six) Lac. over the last 3 (Three) years in Public sector of Bangladesh.(d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3.00 (Three ) Lac. Document of Liquid Assets submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submitted date of the tender.
