Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) General experience:Reputed contractors/Bona fide firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experiences.(b) Specific experience:Having experiences in successfully completion of similar nature of works amounting minimum Taka 6.00 (Six) lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ Private/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh in a single Contract during the last 03 (Three) years. (c) Average annual construction turn over during the last five years in Taka 5.00 lac.(d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 4.00 (Four) Lac. Document of Liquid Assets submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submitted date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be Submited letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favor of the work in the form PW2a-3, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.(e) Tender Capacity shall be 7.00 Lac.(f) Updated B-Category Electrical contractor and supervisory license from Electrical licensing board, Government of Bangladesh.(g) The tenderer must submit a 'Spare Parts Supplier Certificate of the existing lift (Movi Lift) brand on site from the manufacturer.(h) Installation experience of the existing lift (Movi Lift) brand is required.(i) Updated Trade license, Income Tax clearance Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate.
