Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Only e-GP registered Tenderer/Firms can participate to the Tender.2. Tenderer Should have Valid Trade License, Income Tax & VAT Registration and BIN certificates.3. Quoted amount of tender beyond 10 (Ten) percent above/less than official estimated cost will be non-responsive.4. Tender Security shall be submitted in the form of DD/BD/Pay Order (MICR) in favor of Deputy Director, Regional Accounting Center (RAC), BWDB, Kushtia.5. The Provisions laid down in the "Public Procurement Regulation 2008 "(Ammended-2009) for procurement of works will be binding upon the contractors.6. The supplier must have to be authorized by the OEM/Authorized distributor of OEM main equipment.7. The following procedures/booklets of BWDB shall be binding upon the contractors.i) Delegations of Financial Power of BWDB.ii) Technical Specification ( If Any ).iii) Comply with the instructions/office orders/circulars issued by BWDB .8. The authority reserves that right to accept or reject any /all tender(s) without showing valid reason.9. In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.10. In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of the district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.11. The Tenderer must have up to date ABC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.12. Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim for extra payment will be entertained for delay of payment.
