Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Manufacturer/ Authorized Dealer/ Authorized Supplier Authorization Letter is mandatory if the bidder is none of the Manufacturer, Authorized Dealer, or Authorized Supplier.Authentication for Authorized Dealer or Supplier is subjected to verification by the respective Tender Evaluation Committee.2. Satisfactory completion of any type of equipment/material supplies, at least BDT 10.00 Lac under a maximum 5 of contracts over a period of 5 years shall be required in any Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous, State Owned Company/Utilities/Corporation.3. In the event of termination of the contract by Power Grid due to the failure of the contractor/consultant to implement the contracted works, the said contractor/consultant shall be debarred from participating in any tender process, either as the main contractor or as a partner contractor, for a period of three (3) years from the date of termination. This debarment condition shall be applicable for this tender.This clause is mandatory and is supposed to be included in all tender documents issued by this tender.
