Tenderer Should have Valid Trade License, Income Tax with TIN & VAT Registration and BIN certificates.3. Tender Security shall be submitted in the form of DD/BD/Pay Order (MICR) in favor of Deputy Director, Regional Accounting Center (RAC), BWDB, Kushtia.4. The Provisions laid down in the "Public Procurement Regulation 2025 " for procurement of works will be binding upon the contractors.5. In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of the district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.10.
