Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : Criteria-1) Reputed Contractors/Suppliers who have minimum 3 (Three) years of general experience in supplying, installation Configuration, Testing and Commissioning of Goods for Campus Network, Security and Surveillance System.2) Experience: Having experience in successful completion of at least 03 (Three) numbers of similar nature of work in Bangladesh of government/semi government/ Autonomous organization during last 3 (three) years.3) Turn over: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual turn over during last 03 (Three) years.4) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) & or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful tenderer shall be supported by Bank certificate (original copy only). Bank statement will be counted upto 30 (Thirty) days before, from the date of opening tender.5) Tender capacity: Must have minimum tender capacity of not less than his/her tender price.6) The tenderer must possess: i) Up to date income tax clearance certificate, ii) Valid Vat Registration certificate, iii) Up to date trade license, vii) Up to date authorization letter must be submitted.7. Tenderer must Install and Configurate all the network & surveillance device.8. Tenderer must be provided training to the personnels associate with IT Cell Network Team.9. After installation and configuration 3 years all kinds of sevices will be provided by the bidder.10. Labeling System will be following-The labeling system includes marking all the network elements. The labels must be auto-adhesive to the components and shall not be loose and lost easily. This system shall meet all the requirements and specifications defined in TIA/EIA-606-A standards.10) Other required eligibility of conditions of the tender is shown in tender data sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
