Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : All e-Gp Registered tenderer in Bangladesh & who fulfill the Qualification Criteria as below :a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.b) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk 2,05,00,000/- under single contract over a period of last 5 years within Govt./ Semi Govt/ Autonomous Organization shall be required. Experience of similar goods must be related to description/category of supply. Similar work experience must be supported by work completion certificate. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System]. c) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: 550 Quintal/month.d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 2,35,00,000/- [In case of liquid assets, statement (print) of bank accounts of the bidder issued within 28 days before bid submission deadline; in case of working capital, the last year audited balance sheet of the bidder; in case of credit facilities, the letter for line of credit issued by the bank in the form PG3-8 should be considered for evaluation]..e) In case of supplier, Manufacturer-s authorization is required. [The authorization letter should be issued by the manufacturer in the form PG3-5 referencing to this tender ID, reference number and package number should be considered for evaluation].andf) The tenderer should fulfill the other requirements of the terms & conditions described in the Tender Document (i.e. stated in Tender Data Sheet, Particular Conditions of Contract & Technical Specifications (Section 6, SL No. 2 & 3 uploaded file) .In case of shortage of any requirement, the tenderer will be treated as non-responsive.
