Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderes as mentioned below:1. Tenderer shall have general experience in supplying goods of last Five year with good reputation (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system) 2. Tenderers must have experience to supplying similar Type goods/goods amounting to tk. 2.50 (Two Point Five) lakh only within last 5 (Five) years. Tenderers must submit completion certificate supporting to specific work experience, (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system), otherwise the tender will be non-responsive. 3. Tenderers must have liquid asset amounting TK 4.00 (Four) Lakh only in the form of PG2-5, (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system) 4. The tenderder must have updated 13 Digit VAT, TIN, Trade License. 5. Sample must be approved by Procuring Entity before supply of goods. If price quotation is inappropriate to the estimated rate, PE can take clarification from the tenderer. 6. Tenderer must submit detail analysis of each quated rate with memo of company/showroom as per Item Descriction in BOQ. company/showroom will guarantee that they have sufficient quantity of this product and will supply the product at quated rate, otherwise tenderer will be non-responsive. N.B. PE reserves right to cancel the tender any time without any reason.
