Eligibility of Tenderer : (i) The Tenderer must have 1.3 Class/Category Certificate from Pashchimanchal Gas Company Limited, Nalka, Shirajganj.(ii) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.(iii) Valid VAT registration certificate.(iv) Up to date trade license.(v)A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 20 .00 lac under 1 of contract(s) over a period of 10 years shall be required.(vi)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 4.00 lac over the last 6 years.(vii)The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 15.00 Lacs (Must be submitted in the Form e-PW2a-3 form any scheduled bank, otherwise tender may be considered as non-responsive) (without addition or alteration)(viii)Minimum Tender Capacity should be TK 10.00 lac.
