  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) Valid Trade License Certificate (2025-2026).2) Acknowledgement receipt/Certificate of return of TAX Year 2025-2026.3) Valid VAT Registration Certificate (BIN 13 digit).4) Bank Account number with statement of last one year. This certificate must be issued after publication of IFT in the e-GP.5) Joint venture, Consortium Association (JVCA) is not eligible.6) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor shall be 3 years.7) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in civil construction or building maintenance works of at least single contract of Tk. 10 lac successfully completed under government/semi government/autonomous body within the last 5 years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.8) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.40 lac best 3 years in the last 5 years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in thee-GP.9) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 15 lac.
