Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Only e-GP registered Tenderer/Firms can participate to the Tender.2. Quoted amount of tender beyond 10% above/less than official estimated cost will be non- responsive.3. Tenderer should fulfill all criteria's which are stated in TDS. Latest Govt. circulars on procurement of works will be applicable.4. The Tenderers will visit and examine the site with his own responsibility and expenses and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender.5. Tenderer should submit their credit line facility/Liquid assets certificate according to attached format (Attached in section-7 in TDS). Without according to attached format tender may declare as non-responsive.6. Tender Security shall be submitted in the form of DD/BD/Pay Order (MICR)/Bank Guarantee in favour of Assistant Director, Regional Accounting Centre (RAC), BWDB, Thakurgaon.7. Quality & Quantity of works shall be checked by BWDB Task force Committee (If necessary).8. Payments of executed work will be made upon availability of funds. Any claim for the late payments will not be entertained.9. The site of works is not acquired land of BWDB. No claim or compensation shall be entertained in this connection.10. The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work.11. All individual (s)/firm (s)/ who fulfil the qualification(s) criteria as stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) except the firm that has been determined to be ineligible by BWDB or any other Government organization.12. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/all tender(s) without showing any reason.
