Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer must be registered on e-GP Portal with a valid trade license, TIN certificate.2. Tenderer must submit similar nature work certificate, annual construction turnovercertificate and liquid assets certificate.3. Payment will be made based on the budget and availability of fund.4. Any individual Tender/Bangladeshi Tenderer(s)/firm (s) who fulfill the qualification(s)criteria stipulated in the Tender Document PPA-2006 and PPR-2008.5.Tenderer must submit line of credit certificate in PW2 prescribed format which is to beuploaded in section 7.6. Latest update of PPR will be applicable during evaluation of tender7. The Tender must comply with the instructions/office orders/circulars issued by BWDB inconnection with Protective Work.8. All the information, clarification and documents submitted by the tenderer must complywith declaration given.9. Supply of geobag must supply within two week from signing of contract and work have to exceuted as per direction of engineer in charge.10. Contractor will arrange land (if needed) by his own initiative for implementing the work.
