Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : ((1) Must submit product's Source and origin certificate,dealer/distributor/re-Seller certificate.(2) Certificate of experience in procuring Dot Matrix Printer Head and related components worth at least 50% of the total price quoted by the bidder against a single work order in BREB/PBS/Government/Semi-Government Organizations.(3) Certified copy of updated trade license,VAT/Turnover Registration Certificate & income tax certificate.(4) Copy of membership Certificate of Bangladesh Computer Samity (membership number must be mentioned).(5) Brochures with a description of the Technical Specification of the Component must be submitted along with the submitted Specification(6) Must submit tenderer/manufacturer 01 (one) year warranty certificate(7) A Pay Order/Bank Draft of BDT 15000/- (fifteen thousand) in favor of Moulvibazar Palli Bidyut Samity must be submitted/attached with the tender as tender security (earnest money).(8) Bank credit commitment letter of (Financial Capacity Certificate ) BDT 500000/- (five lakhs) in favor of Moulvibazar Palli Bidyut Samity must be submitted(9) Authority keeps right of checking product's sample before tender evaluation for product's authenticity
