Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : Up to date VAT, IT and Trade license certificate.The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the plumbing/water supply works like sanitary fittings supply or related services as Supplier shall be 5 years. The minimum specific experience as bidder in water supply related works of at least 1 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 4.00 lakh.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.11.0 lac over the last 5 years.The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 5.00 Lac. Bank statement showing Liquid assets must be issued within 15 days of publication of tender or Bank-s Undertaking for Line of Credit must be unconditional. Any other format is not acceptable.Minimum Tender Capacity should be 6.00 lac. Necessary Civil and Renovation works should be done as per site condition and requirement.The Provisions laid down in the “PPA & PPR-2008 including latest all amendment” and STD will be Followed.Tenderer should liable to do the job at any time during/after contract period.
