Eligibility of Tenderer : Tendered shall submit with its Tender, attested copy (Scanned/PDF format) of the following additional documents:01. Up to date Trade License.02. Up to date VAT Certificate.03. Up to date TIN Certificate.04. Nationality Certificate/National ID Card.05. A satisfactory completion certificate of similar works of at leastTk.4.00 [four lac]under o1(Single) of contract(s) over a period of 05 [five] years.06. The required average annual construction turnover shall be grater then Tk.4.00 [four lac] over the last 05 [five] years.07. Certificate of the minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or creditfacilities of the Tendered shall be Tk.4.00 [four lac] lac.08. According to the clause 31 (31) of PPA-2006 the tendered quoted price of 10 percent above or below ofthe official estimate will be consider as non-responsive bidder.
