Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderers should have the following criteria-1. The Tenderer shall have a minimum 3 years General experience in the supply of diesel and octane ; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.2. The satisfactory completion certificate of the supply of diesel and octane under maximum 03 (Two) Contracts with a cumulative contract value of minimum of Taka 180.00 Lac in the last 05 (Five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 160.00 Lac4. Bank Solvency Certificate.5. Up to date Valid Trade license.6. Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate with TIN number.7. Valid VAT Registration / BIN certificate.8. Must be a authorization letter to supply diesel and octane from a certain fuel pump.9. The location of the fuel pump must be within 20 km from HSTU,Dinajpur10.Other Eligibility of Tenderer as per TDS.11.The successful Tenderer shall have to sign a Framework Contract for a period of 01 (One) Year from the Date of Signing of Contract.
