Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Supplier in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 5(five) yearb) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Goods of at least one (1) contract of a similar nature successfully completed within the last 5(five) years, with a value of at least BDT 6.00(six) lacc) The certificate on successful completion of a Supply shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned Department/Organization duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of the District/Area under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.d) The Supplier shall have a Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover during last 5(five) years of BDT 8.00 (Eight) lac only from the date of opening Tender.e) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit Facilities in the from e-PG2-5 shall be BDT 8.00 (Eighty) lac only.f) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be BDT 5.00(five) lac.g) Tender Security shall be BDT 30,000 (thirty thousand).h) The Supplier must posses i) up-to-date Trade License, ii) Income Tax Certificate, iii) VAT Registration Certificate.i) Prior approval of the sample by the PE before supply of goods will be compulsory. If quoted price appears inappropriate to the estimated rate, PE may ask for clarification from the Supplier.
