Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The maximum number of arbitration against the tenderer over a period of last five years is NILL (0).2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.3. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods (Genome Sequencing Instrument and Chemicals etc. Related Service) of minimum 02 (Two) contract shall be provided by the tenderer in the last 05 (Five) years with Per contract value of at least Tk. 2,50,00,000.00 ( Two Crore Fifty Lakh Taka) i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of tender notice in the news paper.4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of Tk. 1,00,00,000.00 ( One Crore Taka) shall be provided by the tenderer from a schedule bank.5. The tenderer must submit the following additional documents. Any deviation in the following documents will lead to disqualification:6. NID7. Updated Trade License8. Updated TIN & VAT Certificate9.
