  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed Contractor/Supplier firms who have minimum 3 (Three) years of general experience in any kind of supply works from a Government or Autonomous organization or Federations approved by National Sports Council (NSC) are eligible to apply in this tender. The 3 years time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT.b) The Tenderer must have to submit up to date Trade License, Updated Income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, previous trade license (if required) & NID along with the Tender.c) The Experience certificate of the successfully completed similar assignments shall be issued by the authority who has concluded the contract.d) The experience certificate of last 3 (Three) years must be submitted along with the tender. Only the completion certificate will be accepted.e) If any falsified documents are submitted along with the tender and found incorrect then strict actions will be taken against those tenderer.f) The procurement consists of supplying Chlorine (90%) according to the schedule to Dhaka BKSP, Dinajpur BKSP, Sylhet BKSP. g) The tenderer shall submit a sample of the in accordance with the technical specifications specified in Form e-PG3-5, on or before the tender closing date, to BKSP, Zirani, Savar, Dhaka.
