Eligibility of Tenderer : All tenderers who are enlisted in e-GP and full filled the terms and conditions as stated in the tender data sheet.1. A satisfactory completion of similar work at least Tk. 23.00 ( Twenty Three Lakh) only under single contract over a period of last 5 years.2. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit commitment of the Tenderer shall beTk. 36.00 (Thirty Six Lakh) Between 21.01.2025 to 10.02.2025. (In case of the credit certificate from bank, specific package and name of the work must be shown in the certificate and credit certificate to be issued with official memo no & date of Bank within 14 days before deadline for submission of the tender. No alteration or change in language or condition in Letter of Commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2b-3).3. The Credit Committment/Facilities/Line must have to mention Tender ID and Name of the work without mentioning Tender ID and work name, the application will be rejected.4. If the quoted rate of item(s) is far below than the market price (less than 10%), the tenderer must have to explain (in Bangla or english) on official letter pad about the reasons behind this unusal less price and at the same time certify that item(s) will be delivered at first according to the BoQ. Failing to submit this certification will lead to the Non-responsiveness of the tender.5. The retention money shall be 5% of the contract price. If quoted rate is less than 10% of official cost estimate, retention money will be 10% and validity of the warranty of 6(six) months will be applicable.
