Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. As described in tender document.2. The minimum numbers of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply works as Supplier shall be 12 years in related fields on Software Development, Maintenance with Printing Service work with Govt. organizations. (Need to submit Minimum Three Govt. works completion certificate as General Experience)3. The minimum specific experience as a Supplier in supply works of at least 1 (One) contract of similar nature(Digital Number Plate Printing.....) , complexity and methods technology successfully completed within the last 5 (years), with a value of at least Tk. 70.00 lacs.(Govt. works)4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be tk 50.00 lacs.5.The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:i) Up-to-Date Valid Trade License.ii) Up-to-Date Vat Registration Certificate.iii) Up-to-Date TIN Certificate.iv) Nationality Certificate.v) Business Address.vi) Bank Solvency Certificate declaring the amount.6. Company or JV need to have valid Membership Certificate of BASIS (Bangladesh Association of Software and IT Services) and BMSS (Bangladesh Mudron Shilpo Samity).7. Company or JV need to submit valid ISO Certificate.8. Company or JV need to submit Press Declaration Certificate.9. Tenderer will be selected as non-responsive/debar for submission of any fake documents.
