Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : All tenderers registered in National e-GP System in Bangladesh , who fulfill the qualification criteria as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document. The following conditions shall be considered:a. The tenderer must submit up to date authorization letter for submission against this tender IDb . The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1500000 Lac (Tk Fifteen Lakh Only) before tender closing date.Note for Liquid asset : In case of credit from the Bank it shall clearly mention the name of the work and Tender ID/ Tender Reference no.c. A satisfactory completion of similar nature of Asphalt Supply at least Tk. 12.00 lac (Twelve lac) under a single contract over a period of 5 (five) years shall be required .Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portald . If the quoted rate of any item deviates more than ten percent (10%) compared to the Rate, then the tenderer must enclose rate analysis . Otherwise the tenderer will be consideredas non-responsive.e. If any same certificate found in twice or more in the scrutining of the tender evaluation process, the tenderer will be considered as non-responsivef. If any false certificate found in the scrutining of the tender evaluation process, the tenderer will be considered as non-responsiveNote 1: Tenderer Who has own Asphalt Batching plant within Barishal district , must have submit relevant document in favor of ownership of his/her own Asphalt Batching plant.Note2: All other information are available in TDS
