Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : All tenderers registered in National e-GP System in Bangladesh , who fulfill the qualification criteria as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document. The following conditions shall be considered:1. The tenderer must submit up to date authorization letter for submission against this tender ID2. A satisfactory completion of similar nature of Asphalt Supply at least Tk. 12.00 Lac BDT (Tk Twelve Lac Only) under a single contract over a period of 5 (five) years shall be required .Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal3 . The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 17.00 Lac (Tk Seventeen lac) only before tender closing date.Note for Liquid asset : In case of credit from the Bank it shall clearly mention the name of the work and Tender ID/ Tender Reference no. Otherwise the tenderer will be consideredas non-responsive.4. If the quoted amount (Grand Total) deviates more than five percent (5%) compared to the amount stated in APP, then the tenderer must enclose rate analysis of all item. Otherwise the tenderer will be consideredas non-responsive.5. The tenderer should have own Asphalt Batching Plant and that should be located within the jurisdiction of Road Division, Barishal.6. If any same certificate found in twice or more in the scrutining of the tender evaluation process, the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive7. If any flase certificate found in the scrutining of the tender evaluation process, the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive
