Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Manufacturer/ Authorized Dealer/ Authorized Supplier Authorization Letter if the bidder is none of the Manufacturer, Authorized Dealer, or Authorized Supplier.Authentication for Authorized Dealer or Supplier is subjected to verification by the respective Tender Evaluation Committee. 2. Satisfactory completion of any type of equipment/material supply, at least BDT 16.00 Lac under a maximum 6 of contracts over a period of 5 years shall be required in any Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous, State Owned Company/Utilities/Corporation or any Reputed Public Limited Company (PLC).3. The Tenderer/ Bidder Trade License Address, TIN, VAT, and E-gp address should be matched with each other. If mismatched in these address the Bid/Tender shall be canceled automatically. No Partial Payment/ Advance Payment/ Running Bill would be allowed. Payment would be made only after issuing final Completion Certificate by the Engineer in charge.
